Resell Milan offers a return service on all products ( excluding mystery boxes ) in the catalog within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Reason: The right of withdrawal is provided for contracts concluded at a distance or negotiated away from business premises between a trader and a consumer. However, there are numerous exceptions, mentioned in Article 59 of the Consumer Code:

• the supply of goods or services the price of which is linked to fluctuations in the financial market which the trader is unable to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;

All products on our site, falling into this category, are exempt from the right of withdrawal; By purchasing on our site, the customer implies acceptance and declares that he is aware of these conditions.

The customer can return one or more items from the SNEAKERS, CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES department - the costs and charges for the return will be charged to the customer . After the return of the goods, you will be able to request a voucher of the same value spent to change the size or model - excluding shipping costs.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal will be the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. However, it is sufficient that the goods are returned in perfect condition, as they have been kept and possibly handled with the use of normal diligence - any costs for restoring the product could be charged to the customer.

In particular, the goods must be returned:

• Correctly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition and shipped in a double box (not ruined, damaged or soiled), equipped with all accessories and documentation provided in the original shipment;
• Equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow Resell Milan to identify the Purchaser (Order number, name, surname and address)
• Without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with the effect of a normal test of the article, e.g. try a shoe on a clean surface or carpet. That is, they must not bear traces of prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as to not allow their resale.
• The Resell Milan quality control seals must not be removed or tampered with.
  
  

Resell Milan reserves the right to apply penalties on items delivered damaged or with missing components (e.g. extra accessories or promotional gadgets)
